If your using Acrobat X or XI:
- Select the item
- Copy
- Open Tools Menu
- Select add or edit link. Note: I am using a Mac so the look and feel will be different but the menu choices should be identical.
- Click on Add or edit
- When window opens
- Paste into appropriate Field hit Return or Okay.
