Re: How to flatten a completed form after submit?

I am trying to lock in the date when the form is completed.  I am struggling with the script to stop the date from changing once the form is filled.  I am wondering if you had a sample of this that you have used that would help me?

I am using the date script which sets the date when it opens, but when it is re-opened, it is changing the date to the current date.  I would like to keep it at the original date.
