LIne Spacing issue in Acrobat Form field

Hi

Have serious line spacing issues in text fields. Looks fine when I type into multi line fields. When client types into, the lines overlap making them unreadable. Other forum topics did not satisfactorally answer this question.

File created in Indesign, then into Acrobat PRO X, than saved as Reader extended, enable additional features...

Type is 10pt.
