Same thing happening to me too on 11.0.04.63. Spent a long time opening, sometimes being able to change the tab order, immediately save, and try another; then crash. Took soo much longer than it should have to edit the tab order

Someone previously mentioned that their form was edited in AI as well as Acrobat. I know mine was, so maybe it some issue with AI PDFs in Acrobat?
