Can Adobe XI pro convert InfoPath forms to PDF?

Small to mid-size company using InfoPath for expense reports for sales team.  If the laptop the sales person is working with has a different edition than what the current Infopath report is written then the expense form will not work. Can we use the pro version of Adobe to convert this form or re-write it? I've tried to write it myself but in the standard version of Adobe it doesn't allow you to add multiple drop down expense line items.

So if we have a report with the following headers: Date (with calendar) -- Description -- Category (with dropdown choice Hotels, gas, entertainment --- Cost

Then I want a down arrow that has the description: Insert New Expense Line Item

When you click on the arrow it inserts a line with the blank boxes assigned to whatever the header description is, and you can continue to add these to infinity.

I can't find this in Adobe, so my question is do I need Adobe XI?

Thank you so much,

Melissa
