How to control printing of a field in a form.

I've created a form for a web site using Adobe Acrobat ver 9.5 and I use some calculated fields to subtotal and total values to print on form.  I would like to control when the field is visible on the printed form.  The default values "$0.00" print for each field and I'd like these to be blank unless the calculated value is greater than 0.  Is this possible and how would I accomplish it.  Thanks.
