I did what you suggested George,  with no success. 

But... I did find the solution it seem. When you download the PDF, you have to NOT check the option : Add a submit button to collect data to formscentral. 

Now here's my problem:

1-  I'm trying to have a submit button that will send the responses to FormsCentral.

2-  Distribute the form with Acrobat because I want to track those that did not respond.

It seem that we cannot have both? Because Acrobat doesn't Distribute if you have a submit button..
