How to add date field to Acrobat form

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to add a date field to an Acrobat form that separates the month, day and year.

Example:  ___/___/____

Also looking if there is a way to set it up so after entering a certain number of characters (2 for month and day for example), it automatically tabs to the next field.
