I had two questions regarding drop down lists.
1. Is there a maximum number of items you can to add drop down list?
2. I'm working on a "Shopping List" style of form (see 1st pic). Each drop down box is a list of items you can pick.
I've made it work by setting the export value of the item to the price (see 2nd pic), then a seperate box as the price uses the export value as its value (see 3rd pic).
However if you need edit a drop down list (for example the price of an item) you then need to go through every box and edit it. Or you can delete all the boxes then copy and paste them down. Either of these methods is time consuming expecially if you have a large list. Is there a way to change the list in one box and then have it cascade to all the other drop down boxes?
