I need to do the same thing (send form as PDF when submit button is clicked). I used the same (or similar) mailto: url scheme and for some reason, the form would not open an email window as it would using the default submit button. Could there be a more specific mailto: URL scheme or code to use? We use Microsoft Exchange Outlook (2007) at our institution. Thanks to anyone who may be able to provide an idea.
