I don't really know what that means.

I started making a form in Acrobat Pro. LiveCycle Designer was what Acrobat Pro had me use. Can it be converted to whatever format the iPad Reader app needs?

I thought the P in PDF (the extension of my form document) stood for Portable. I'm not getting a good impression of portability here.
