OK, with that same form opened, do you now have the following menu item: File > Save a Copy If so, follow my initial instructions exactly.

Yes - Save a copy was an option and I did exactly as you said but when I open the "save a copy" version, the only options under tools are Export a PDF, Create a PDF, Send files, Store Files.  Nothing...

It sounds like you used Acrobat when you saved the copy, but are using Reader when you opened the copy. Is that right?

I forgot to add, you now have to re-enable the form by opening it in Acrobat and selecting: File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools Save to a new file so you don't...

Copy input text to another field

I would like my form to have a back page that has all the text from the input text fields. Is there a way you can have it copy the input text into a generic field and it append it at the bottom?
