Yes, that one was one they submitted - signed digitally. Here are the same to tabs from a blank form, but I have the option to create my signature through any of the methods, not just a certificate.

OK, since they're all using Acrobat, the first thing to check should be the Signatures pane. If the document was digitally signed somehow, it will prevent e-signing with an image.

It's not possible to do it in Reader, unless you use LiveCycle Designer to create the form, or apply a very special right to the file with the LiveCycle Reader Extensions Server.
